NAFEMS World Congress from June 17 – 20, 2019 in Quebec City, Canada
NAFEMS World Congress focus on every aspect of analysis, modeling and simulation, covering numerous industries globally. Mvoid is represented twice.
Dr. A. Svobodnik will hold a workshop on Simulation Driven Engineering with Computational Acoustics on June 17, 2019. In this short course he gives an introduction in modeling and simulation of acoustical phenomena. The challenges of acoustics as a multiphysical approach are discussed and the state of the art of modelling will be out. Typical industrial examples show the application of the models and its pro’s and con’s.
On June 18, 2019 Dr. A. Svobodnik will give a speech on Virtual Systems Engineering for Professional Audio Applications. He discusses in his presentation simulations of audio system analysis over the audible frequency spectrum in professional audio applications and explains how the Mvoid technique to merge low to mid frequency FEA with mid to high frequency ray tracing is introduced that results in full frequency band analysis at any listening point in a room. This enables a realistic prediction of the performance of the audio system on a fully virtual basis.
